Beta Beta chapter's Catherine Stallman writes verbatim notes of a meeting with Grand Secretary Carla Sargent, presumably at the 1898 National Convention (by the Nebraska stationery). Stallman makes notes on the constitution issue (which happened at the June 1898 Massachusetts injunction), in the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal controversy.
