Dorothy Rand's fan collection includes a 17th century French piece ( upper left), and early ltalian fan (upper right), an English fan of eagle feathers (center), an embroidered Chinese fan with ivory sticks (lower left), a tortoise shell glove fan (lower center), and an ancient Japanese fan of carved wood and figures with mother-of-pearl faces. This photograph was featured in the April 1933 issue of The Key on page 128.
